2.) You must able to provide documentation of financial need. The following are examples of financial need documents:
a.) Food Stamps
b.) Social Security Disability
c.) Letter from a community leader (mayor, councilman, police captain, school principal, pastor, priest and other religious organizations’ leader) mentioning your financial need and requesting help for you.
d.) Letter from a charitable institution mentioning your financial need and requesting help for you.
If you have other documentation of proofs of financial need, please provide them to us – we will review them.
